Hotel was within walking distance from universal studios and outlet mall but you have to cross a major highway (I-4) so it’s not something we would do. Area doesn’t seem to have much dinning options that’s walkable distance in my opinion. Now the hotel was very nice and quiet. Love that there’s plenty of shopping space but there’s a $22 fee fyi. Hotel and rooms look very clean and each has a mini kitchen so it’s perfect for families. Room was big. Would definitely stay again.

I didn't like the $22 US per day parking fee. Probably my fault for not checking when I booked. Website says "parking available" but I did not see the rate.

Overall the place is super nice and the staff are super friendly! The only thing I didn't like was there isn't a hot tub and their pizza is over priced. Also, the eggs are disgusting.

Great visit! I loved this property and will definitely be back. I booked due to proximity to Hard Rock Live as I was attending a comedy show and can't wait to be back. Staff was very friendly, parking was easy, room was great. I was unable to visit the bar but it looked inviting and lots of space. Breakfast was a great bonus

Very friendly staff. Clean, nice area, walking distance to universal, but shuttle also available. Water pressure in shower poor. AC very noisy, had to turn off during night but could still hear for. Outside/in building
