Staff was amazing! Missed having a cookie at night, I thought all Hampton Inns offered cookies at night! I was not aware room service was every other day. But that was fine if it helps to keep costs down.

We had a great time taking full advantage of the breakfast! It was a short Lyft ride to universal studios in Orlando. The staff was very friendly. The on site laundry machines was really convenient since it’s very humid in Florida. We will stay here again in our next trip to universal studios.
