This was an average hotel in walking distance to universal. The shower fixtures were a little janky and not caulked on. There is no breakfast included and the cafe on site was sub par. There was a large parking lot party the weekend we were there that was pretty rowdy. Overall we were only at the hotel to sleep and took the shuttle to the park. The shuttle doesn’t run late so we had to uber back each evening.

The the room was smaller than it appeared in the advertising pictures. I was assigned to a room that had a connecting room next to it the walls were very thin as far as sound barrier goes! I have never had such an experience, as the conversation from the guest in the next room were as loud as if they were talking right beside me! I spoke to the front desk about getting me assigned to one of the few rooms I noticed that didn't have a connecting room. I was told that they didn't have any available at the time. That was the big negative about the experience of my two night stay there. Needless to say I will not be staying at this hotel again!!

For the cost and the closeness to Universal Studios (with the offering of a free shuttle) it worked out great.

The property is showing its age, but the staff and are great. The location is also really good with many Orlando attractions close by. I was able to rent an e-scooter to get to most places I wanted to, or just walk.

Rooms were large, and kept very clean. Walkable distance to universal, but there was also a shuttle bus option if need be. Would stay again
