Easy to get to, within a few miles of “everything” in Orlando, including AAU National Volleyball Championships. The staff Cares and it shows in all aspects

I did not like how long it took for the water to either heat up or go to cold. Other than that, it was a fine experience.

Stayed here for a few days and everything was amazing! The area is so convenient and near many shops and dining areas. All the staff were so friendly and attentive. Would definitely stay here again!

My stay here was terrible. For starters, there isn’t much parking available for hotel guests. Partly due to an onsite restaurant that required shared parking with hotel guests, limiting availability. I stayed for three nights and never received room service. No changing of bed linens, removal of waste/trash in room, nor did I receive fresh towels/washcloths for hygienic purposes. The shower did not have any body wash or shampoo stocked. The room didn’t include a smart television.
The television was only comprised of local channels. Forcing me to utilize my own form of entertainment through my phone. Overall, my stay here was very inconvenient. I had to supply myself and tend to my own needs while on site. I will not be staying here again.

i traveled with my partner, we were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of our room, staff wasn't friendly per say but they also weren’t rude.

Front desk staff not at desk for quite a while upon checkin. Very limited parking, had to wait to snag a spot. Small counter spaces in room bathroom, shower floor slimy and just not very clean. Very thin doors—we could hear inappropriate noises and moaning while walking down hallway with our children. Overall vibe would maybe be ok for single or couple, but not a family. On a positive note, mattress was comfortable.
To note, we are pretty easygoing people and usually don’t leave negative reviews. We were glad we were only staying one night since we arrived in Orlando a day early and our resort reservations didn’t start till next day.
