We got locked out our room because the key wouldn’t work, we went down and concierge told us there’s nothing they can do until maintenance comes back tomorrow morning. So we had to sleep in our clothes with nothing in a new room, no access to any of my belongings or car keys or medications. Then they told us the general manager would be in tomorrow to discuss. No general manager was in and they told us to look up her business card. I asked for a direct line for her and they said she does not have one. I have never heard of this? Also, housekeeping doesn’t come in daily at all. They didn’t clean our room once. We had to call and ask for towels.

It was really good, just checking in took hrs before they’d let us in which was really frustrating but other than that really good

When I booked I booked the 7th floor but when I checked in they gave me a room in a building 5 which was being renovated. It was dirty, the room floor, walls and bathroom was dirty. I was very disappointed. The room I was shown was not the room I was checked into.

Long story short, Guest services is a complete joke! I've requested service via phone call on my own device since thei house phone ws out of commission to have my room cleaned. Request was acknowledged, but no service was provided on mutiple occassions. Shivel was the only person that demonstrated great service upon checking in, she ensured that I was treated with class. Apart from that, the hotel is a complete disgrace especially the housekeeping department, THEY DONT CLEAN ROOMS PERIOD!!!!! IF YOUR THERE FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME!
I work in the hotel industry, and I know what's called A "DND" well mines wasn't on upon requesting my room to be cleaned on multiple occasions. There were one instance where I literally saw the housekeeping associate cleaning the unit next to mine, obviously I observed her coming down from one room to the other, mines was next to be cleaned, out of surprised she skipped my unit, knowing the fact that I did not attain the "DO not disturbed sign" on my knob. I literally had funds to give her because I know how they can be overworked by having a million rooms a day to clean, but why though, why avoiding my room?
Based on my understanding, I assume they thought I was not a clean person, so avoiding my unit was an option to them. How disappointed!
It was unbearable! I had cut my stay short, instead of spending 5nights I spond 4. On multiple occasions i had to take my own trash out as the housekeeping lady stared me in eye saying nothing. Never again
