Bom hotel, atendimendo cortês, boas explicações no check-in. Chegamos em viagem de bicicleta pela Ilha e guardamos as bicicletas na garagem. Cafê da manhã ok, mas poderia ser melhor.

Muito bom, mas dá pra melhorar!
Só não dei nota máxima por alguns detalhes, as toalhas no apartamento são bem velhas, algumas quase rasgadas, o quarto é bom, mas o banheiro antigo, ar condicionado funciona mas demora a esquentar(fui em julho e peguei de 12 a 16 graus na cidade). Os atendentes são ótimos, todos bem educados e prestativos. Café da manhã no geral é muito bom, mas se ficar mais de 3 dias acaba enjoando pelas opções serem sempre as mesmas, muitos hotéis variam bastante a cada 3 dias, um ponto muito negativo no café da manhã é que não tem nenhuma placa dizendo o que é cada coisa e você acaba parando de perguntar no segundo dia, isso é bem básico em café da manhã de hotel, placa indicando o que é cada item. Melhor parte do hotel realmente é a equipe toda, estão de parabéns!!

Escolhi uma acomodação para minha família que aparentava ter dois quartos. Ao chegar, descobrimos que se tratava de um quarto e sala, onde haviam duas comas na sala. Mas a grande surpresa é que só havia ar condicionado no quarto e diante do calor que fazia na cidade meus filhos acabaram dormindo conosco no quarto.

Limpeza a desejar e banheiro diferente da foto
O banheiro da foto não corresponde ao do anúncio. Banheiro pequeno, apertado, torneira com defeito e box minúsculo! Limpeza questionável. O filtro do ar-condicionado não é limpo há um bom, bom tempo, cujo acúmulo de sujeira é facilmente perceptível. As escadas que dão acesso aos andares estava com os mesmos traços de sujeira (uma espécie de pisada em fezes de algum animal) há pelo menos 2 dias, em vários degraus, o que significa que o hotel não é limpo regularmente. Definitivamente não volto a me hospedar nele, e nem recomendo que o façam. Quanto ao café da manhã, apesar de simples, não tenho do que me queixar. E por fim, com relação ao estacionamento, ele é rotativo e não tem vagas suficientes para todos. Precisei deixar o carro dormir na rua.

O hotel necessita melhorias, ar condicionado antigo, barulhento, parece que passei a noite escutando uma turbina de avião. Banheiro velho, chuveiro elétrico, frigobar sem descongelar e todo enferrujado. Café da manhã bem limitado e de pouco sabor. Equipe do hotel atenciosa. Boa localização.

O quarto é bonito, espaçoso, cama grande mas tinha uma divisória no meio...parecia emendado! Frigobar embora deveria ter uma geladeira pois pagamos Luxo e não Standard. Tinha pia e microondas. O ruim é que não tinha nada pra secar roupas, uma arara, uma varanda, tive que estender roupas nas portas do gabinete debaixo da pia..varal da cortinha do box do banheiro...bem ruim. O banheiro um caos. Parece que reformaram o quarto mas esquecerem do banheiro. Portas do gabinete ficavam abertas, não fechavam, cano estourado, ficava o tempo todo escorrendo água quando dava a descarga....reclamamos e depois de 2 dias consertaram..final de ano, serviços não funcionam! Na minha opinião, esse quarto jamais deveria receber hóspedes por conta do vazamento. Serviço de limpeza a desejar, esticavam os lençóis, trocavam as toalhas mas passar uma vassoura no chão, nada! Andávamos descalços e sentíamos a areia no chão.... Café da manhã, ótimo, várias opções de bolos, lugar aconchegante.

O hotel é ótimo e atendeu as nossas necessidades. Os funcionários da recepção são extremamente educados e prestativos, a Naira e o Daniel foram uns queridos com a gente, sempre dando dicas e ajudando nas nossas dúvidas. Hotel é próximo da praia de Canasvieiras, apenas dois quarteirões de distância e também é próximo de comércios locais. Não tivemos nenhum problema com nosso quarto, tudo impecável. A limpeza do chão, troca de toalhas e lençóis eram feitas diariamente, não ficamos no hotel a maior parte dos dias, íamos lá apenas para dormir, e quando chegávamos, estava tudo limpinho e organizado. O café da manhã e as meninas que servem o café são incríveis também. Café da manhã completo com ovos mexidos, vários tipos de pães, frutas e bolos. Obrigado, equipe do Caravaggio, por tornar as nossas férias mais agradáveis, amamos tudo e esperamos voltar em breve.
