Elevator and I was bit by a big bug on the bed

Hotel lobby is very small, no place to sit.
Front desk service average.
No bar available.
Some areas are worn out and need renovation.
Room had no view.

I could not help but notice the lobby staff were not nearly as friendly as all other hotels in Brazil. All other hotels in Brazil sent a little cupcake of some kind for a birthday occurring during your stay. Not here tho . Otherwise it’s ok
