Great shower. Did not like that coffee was not avaliable anywhere in the hotel.

We had an overall excellent stay at Hotel del Patio. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the amenities were top-notch. However, we encountered some challenges with early check-in. Since we traveled for a medical procedure, having early access to the room for the patient to rest would have been ideal. While we understand policies can vary, greater flexibility in this area would significantly enhance the experience for guests in similar circumstances. Despite this, our stay was pleasant, and we would gladly return.

The location is great. 20 mins walk to the airport, 15-20 mins to Flores Island, plenty of food options nearby. Comfiest beds in all of South America. The only issue was a musky smell in the room, especially if you dared to open the drawers

This second stay, we enjoyed the bed so much. Breakfast was good & the service was great... Would stay here again..

Liked the hotel's location to all the businesses, walking distance to many convenient businesses, unfortunately for us, they were working on the internet service, but didn't advise us of the process & as a result our internet service was interrupted in the
latter part of the night, especially when we needed it the most. The pool was nice,though..

There was no hot water when showering, I dont think that's too much to ask for. Not sure whats going on with the infrastructure in central and south america but it is 2024! Also, the cleaning lady stole my shampoo, sounds petty, but it was actually really annoying! I guess ill have to put that in the safe as well next time.
