Super location with views over the beautiful city of Florence! Super staff, Daniel you were a legend! Dinner was astonishing, fabulous food and service! You can walk to the city centre, downhill and flat, 20 minutes or so, definitely a taxi back, circa 12 Euro!

Nothing was likable . Worse checking the gentleman gave our key and went on the phone without even explaining anything about where our room is or any information about the property . I was supposed to be in a superior room he gave us the worse room possibly My room was smaller than deluxe
We have pictures and videos of fire ant in the room.

Bugs everywhere, ants, a lot of ants on furniture and beds.

The view of Florence from this hotel was amazing. It's also very close to Florence from a taxi.
