Too LOUD. Very interesting design poor execution. You can hear every step, every word from rooms above and beside. Not much street parking close to hotel. Indifferent staff. Poor bathroom lighting, lack of hooks, cool glass shower door opens out and drips water all over the floor.

Parking is limited on the street near the front of the hotel. The parking deck is too far. My sheets had spots and the toilet was not clean.
I loved the breakfast spot in the ground floor and the front desk folks were very nice. The hotel is cute and has a lot of potential. Do i think my rating reflects that. Cleanliness is key in my opinion.
All it takes is a little uncleanliness to freak me out and I can't return.
