Super close to the train station! So much shopping and food options close to it, important sites are walking distance and Maria was very communicative, accommodating and sweet! Had a wonderful experience staying here, would go back and stay here again! They had everything you need in the room ❤️

Front desk was awesome, help us arrange car to airport.
Room is clean , very small
Bed is average
Pillow is super good
Shower is very clean
Location is super central , close to Trevi fountain, surrounding is very dirty (it’s out of hotel ability)

Simple walk from the train station, easy to find.
Upon arrival we received a pleasant and helpful greeting from Maria. Room was nice and clean and quiet with plenty of space. Close to market and good restaurants.

Late checkin was straight forward. The room was clean and well stocked. The shower is a little tight so bumped the controls often. Loved the proximity to everything Florence. It's on a busy street which had its perks such ask access to food etc ... easily. Would stay again.

The property is a cool little place right in the heart of town. Walking distance to pretty much everything, but beware it’s in a no drive area so parking is tricky, though there is a garage some distance away.
The hotel manager was a God send. We got a stomach bug and ended our last day in bed. She was gracious & kind & made sure we had everything we needed.

A great property close to everything! Loved the cleanliness and the free minibar was an added bonus! Staff are helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

I loved the place in the center the only bad thing is there isn't a elevator but overall an amazing place to stay at.

Right in the heart of shopping dinning and close to the train station. Such a great space and the ac makes it even sweeter! Walking distance to many monuments, tourist attractions and markets. Room was clean and quiet
