This was a lovely hotel with nice amenities. The location was central to everything in Florence. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The hotel is in the Perry location.. easy to walk to everything and some lovely little trattorias very close by. Hotel is very intimate and the staff are very friendly and helpful

Loved this property. The luxury suite was immaculate. The staff was amazing, especially Alessandro that was always engaging and always helpful in giving us recommendations. Also, please try the chocolates at the front desk.

This hotel was convenient and easy walking to all historic attractions. The staff were very helpful, they went above and beyond with dining recommendations and our transportation to the port Civitavecchia. We throughly enjoyed our time in Florence.

The best thing about the San Firenze is the Staff. Really friendly and helpful - lovely people. The location is excellent, very central for all the main tourist destinations. There are so many restaurants, you can't really go wrong for good Italian food. Our room was excellent, with a very comfortable queen size bed, good air con, really good shower - a peaceful environment in the heart of the city. Breakfast was cozy with good choice of food and nice and relaxed. We would certainly stay again.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Spoke English clearly and was able to assist with reservations, directions and towns/attractions to see. Breakfast was a perfect mix of both Italian and American Style. Area was safe and vibrant and centrally located by all the main sights.
