We stayed here for one night and it was perfect for a quick tour of Florence! Reception let us into our room early and there's a place to store your luggage if needed before check in as well. Clean modern room.

Plus Florence has a lot of great amenities. Between the rooftop terrace (with a bar & a great view) and the pool area (also with a bar & food services), the facility itself provides areas for rest & recreation. We had a hose in our bathroom that leaked onto the floor that was not addressed in a timely manner. Overall, however, the facilities were clean & pretty well maintained.

I like the room because of the facilities as well as the breakfast many choices. Some of the personnel were friendly others were not.
