Absolutely loved our stay here and would highly recommend to anyone looking for accom in Florence. Was a bit apprehensive as I thought it might be too far out from the centre of things but it’s extremely close and so easy to walk to and around. Supermarket nearby and a nice cafe right on the corner across the road. Friendly staff and the hotel was absolutely beautiful!

This was an VIP property but did not offer or mention anything. When I asked them about they said no.
Overall property was nice and in a good location. Only one of the guy in the reception was not helpful at all

This was our first stop on a 30 day trip in Italy and we got spoiled fast. The staff and place was welcoming, comfortable and high end. Our room was very spacious with a king bed and large modern bathroom. Bed was wonderful with nice linens. Furniture is starting to show some wear but was very clean. Location is great as is walkable to all the main sites but tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Lounge area is very nice and complimentary touches like candy and flavoured water in the lobby add to the feel of an accelerated experience. Lots of nice places to relax after a long day of sightseeing both inside and out. My only negative is breakfast is not included and not worth the extra expense and there is not a satisfying dining option on site, but many within walking distance. We enjoyed a wonderful experience and would definitely return and recommend. Thank you Plazzo Montebello!
