Absolutely stunning old school Tuscan. Manuela was fantastic and pleasant. Highly recommend.

Excelente, indicaciones claras para el check in, muy bonito lugar, la habitación amplia y muy limpio, el desayuno muy completo y cada detalle cuidado, una atención personalizada, ayuda para solucionar algunos temas por el idioma..gracias

Everything is good.
Breakfast is wonderful.
Staff were kind.
Only problem was poor hot water when taking a shower.

Posted 20 Jun 2024 on HotelsThe room was pretty amazing, but I was only there for one night so really didn't get to enjoy it as much as I would have liked. I was very uncertain about the check-in process since there was not the usual street-level registration/welcome desk. It involved being buzzed in through three different doors and and up to registration via a lift. It is not staffed 24 hours but once you are registered you are given a card and a buzzer to let yourself in. That process would have been good to know in advance!

The room was a little cramped and this is a very old building and small hotel. If you like quaint, then this is your place.

Posted 21 Oct 2023 on HotelsWell-spoken English, great location on a main road near the river, elevator access, free & delicious breakfast, courtesy welcome bottle of wine, felt very private, and clean! Highly recommend!
