well laid out. All of the fixtures, design, and furnishings are of high quality. The front desk staff is very nice, helpful, and speak good English if you dont speak Italian. The breakfast has a lot of variety, and the breakfast wait staff are very pleasant and helpful.
The location is not ideal if you want to be right in the middle of bars, restaurants, other tourists, and tourist sites. However, the main shopping area and tourist sights are about a 20 minute walk away. I did find a bistro within a 3-5 minute walk that served food until midnight on a Saturday, Deposito Bagagli Bistró.
The hotel is also a quick taxi or Uber ride to and from the train station.
I would stay again.

The Staff was excellent. We travel 6 to 7 times a year throughout Europe, and this staff was the best we had in a while. 10 🌟

Great hotel! We were a little uncomfortable at breakfast because the staff working the breakfast was staring at us the entire time we ate. We were unsure if something was wrong with us but it was awkward. This only happened one day out of our two day stay. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful!

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked into the building we were welcomed by all staff and felt like VIP guests. All the staff were very professional and made this hotel feel like a luxury hotel.
The private spa was so lovely and relaxing, we wish we could have used it more than once! The breakfast also had a great selection and we were very pleased with it. The property is very clean and very well-maintained, making it a really comfortable stay.
The hotel is a little outside the main area of the town, which makes it a very quiet area. But everything is very walkable, and we only walked the entire time we were there.
We would definitely return to this hotel if we visited Florence again!

The Staff made our stay. From the moment we checked in we were made to feel welcome. Front desk was helpful with taxis, bus information and event tickets. Housekeeping was splendid! Morning setting for full breakfasts was fresh and tasty and presently beautifully. Spa was clean and inviting after a day if sight seeing. Overall, as first time guests, we’ll be back with family members and friends!
