Exceptional level of customer service. Denise the front desk manager extremely knowledgeable of the area and made some great recommendations for shopping and sightseeings. Absolutely the place to stay in Florence. Outstanding - is really the best word I can use to describe our experience .

Absolutely fantastic. Real 5 star glamour. Room was clean, quiet and incredibly comfortable. Staff were amazing and really looked after us. The G&G restaurant was the best dinner we had in Florence. A must!

Staff were wonderful, location fab. Very attentive, kind and helpful with an unexpected mobility issue. Highly recommend!

This hotel is very close to the main attractions.Fine hotel facilities.
The staff very friendly,genuine and profesional.
Too bad nobody was able to bring the CANICULE under control.
Fabulous trip for studying the big four RINASCIMIENTO founders:Brunelleshi,Massacio,Donatello and Ghiberti!
