I arrived early and asked if we could check in. We were told check in was 4 pm. I asked if there was any chance our room was ready. It was but we were told there was a 20 dollar surcharge to check in early. That is ridiculous considering the place was already extremely overpriced!!

Clean, quiet motel a couple minutes from the ocean and from downtown Florence. It has small-town, family-run vibes that left me feeling nostalgic for long road trips with my family as a kid in the late 1980s. Actual keys, office hours, a drop box, the whole nine yards. There was a hiccup with Expedia sending the itinerary but the owners were incredibly quick with fixing it. It was a really great experience when I'd usually be worried about a larger chain shrugging their shoulders and leaving me out in the cold.

Great stay. Was pleasantly surprised to find we had two rooms for our two quuen beds. That was extra nice. Lots of thoughtful touches. Warm bedding. Soft towels. Very nice place to stay

Clean and comfortable but also outdated and a little shabby. Bedding was clean but definitely low-end. There were no privacy sheers on the window so your only options are letting anyone who walks by look in your room or shutting out all natural light. Staff was very accommodating and friendly when we had to change our reservation date last minute.

The hairdryer and alarm clock didn’t work. There was no pot in the coffee maker and only two bath towels. Staff was friendly, but we had to wait an hour to check in.

Hello Linda, I apologize for the inconvenience, we do not have coffee pots in the rooms because the coffee brews in the cup. If you had asked then I would have told you that. For the hair dryer , it has a GFI switch needed to be tripped in the bathroom. Upon checking in, I advised that room needs few minutes to get the floor to dry. That was ok with you and your husband. I don't see why you complaining without giving us a chance to fix your issues.Best regards.
