I will never stay at that hotel again number one it had roaches number two. I was there for three days and I had to go ask for clean towels. My refrigerator didn’t work and may and one of the managers. She said I was nasty so she brought me a new refrigerator, but the thing idea I had perishables and I was concerned so I will never recommend that to anyone.

Unfortunately, the condition of the room and especially the bed linen leaves much to be desired.

was disgusting, smelled like straight cigarettes as soon as we walked in the lobby, checked in and went to check out or room, was a dead bug on the bed, bug on the ceiling, looked like burn wholes in the carpet didn’t even look like it was attempted to be cleaned. smoke detector ripped out of the ceiling and smelled like cigarettes in room as well (but claimed to be a non-smoking facility). we left after that didn’t check the bathroom. the front desk lady was nice and informative though.

Ive stayed here several times before and not had any issues. I really like the Microtel brand, but was shocked at the condition of the hotel since my last stay here. I will say that the stafg was wonderful and beds were acruslly comfortable, but the property really, REALLY needs updating, and some pretty heavy pest control. All of our bedside lamps were broken (still working, but busted up). We saw a few tiny bugs but honestly didnt think much of it bc it was colder and pests are starting to come in. It was the next day when we woke up and opened the curtains, we saw several large bugs on the walls and near bathroom door trim. A google image search showed us that they were roaches. I started taking pics and a few videos. The ppace had other issues, but I never fault a place for age as long as its clean. Stained carpet, ripped carpet, ripped wall trim. Dirty walls. I quickly realized its not the building aging and just needing renovations, but its just dirty. In all the ways. I did tell staff, and they were super nice. I still love the brand and that one bad experience wont deter me from staying at another, but it definitely wont be that one until the building is completely renovated.
