Charming, kind staff at every level. Perfect location for enjoying awesome Florence and surrounding areas.

It was very upscale and peaceful. My husband was on a towboat waiting lock turn at Wilson Lock. The hotel was so conveniently located that i could see his boat from my balcony.

The valets were very nice and hospitable. So were the staff at the front desk. My room was not as clean as it should have been. In the bathroom, I found hair droppings from the previous guest and around the commode was residue of previous guest. The AC was extremely cold to me. I tried to adjust it, even up to 85 degrees and it still remained extremely cold. I had to just turn it off to be able to stay in the room. As for breakfast, you advertise a vegetarian/vegan menu, but no printable menu exist. Would loved to have known what was available besides what was on the breakfast buffet So for breakfast, I paid $25 for 3 items off the breakfast buffet, which I did not know the cost until I finished breakfast. I did notice someone cooking at the entrance of the restaurant, but being there for the first time, I did not know whether I could have something cooked nor did I know what could be cooked. NO waiter was immediately available to help me and the room was not busy. However, I received attention from someone of the kitchen staff, who was eager to assist me, as I was pressed for time. I do try not to complain. However, I suggest being more transparent concerning pricing for meals and what is available. As you advertise a vegetarian/vegan menu, we need to know what is available. ALL Staff friendly and accommodating Entrance noisy as under a remodel Sky tower not open same reason as of 11/3/24 ....maybe open by 12/8/24

They would have got five stars but is was under remodeling
