Online it says the hotel is pet friendly. When I checked in the staff told me "dogs only". Your listings should be more clear. Pet friendly = Dogs Cats not just dogs.
I ended up having to look for another hotel to stay in on the spot because of this surprise. Imo, this is not good customer service and your listing is misleading.

Breakfast buffet, runs out quickly, limited items and front desk on Friday morning very rude to everyone.

Kentucky hospitality in action. 2nd time here quality all around. Friendly staff and desk staff helpful, consistent, knowledgable of area and property amenities.

Wasnt very impressed with the breakfast options and what they did have was not very good.
