My stay at Hotel Spadai was exceptional. The room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable. What truly sets the property apart, however, is the incredibly warm and attentive staff. They genuinely seem happy to take care of their guests. I will definitely return on my next trip.

Our room was beautiful! Bathroom perfectly appointed, mattress sooo comfy!! Buffet breakfast was AMAZING!! All of the staff so kind, polite and lovely! One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at… will definitely be back!!

Best hotel in Florence!
Posted 11 Aug 2024 on HotelsAbsolutely fantastic hotel… would not stay anywhere else! The hotel is right down the street from the Duomo & within walking distance to everything you need to see. The staff was amazing… from the front desk (Ambre & Noemi), to the bellman, to the bartender, to the cleaning crew, to the breakfast servers… everyone was extremely kind & helpful. They even planned a to-go breakfast for us when we took an early morning day trip to Pisa! The room was fantastic… very clean & comfy & refrigerator was re-stocked daily. Truly one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in around the US & the world! Love love love this place! 10/10
