property is in nice location, staff is present and helpful. property is very run down, stains on furniture, drapery, table covering....needs a renovation

Location is the best! Short walk from train and bus stations. Plenty of restaurants in the area and the Santa lounge is really nice! The rooms are spacious and quite unique. Definitely would recommend this hotel !

Renovation of this beautiful 17th Century property is beautiful and sympathetic. Staff friendly, chatty. Cannot find a fault. Definitely going back.
