LOVED this hotel, a few minutes from the Termini rail station AND the shuttle to the airport. You can walk to all the sights, tons of shops and restaurants for all budgets. GREAT breakfast, friendly staff ; check-out is not until Noon, which helps. We got ourselves a spacious room looking at the plaza, with all amenities. Double-pane windows keep out the noise. Great mattress and room was cleaned every day. We hope to be back soon!! It was just such a nice experience.

Las instalaciones son muy buenas, el hotel es muy limpio, las personas del STAFF muy amables al momento de hacer el check in y explicamos algunos detalles de la ciudad, la habitación es pequeña, pero tiene todo en muy buenas condiciones, afuera del hotel tienes opciones para comer, llegas caminando a la estación del tren

This was the perfect place to stay for me in Florence. The view from my room of the Piazza di Santa Maria Novella was breathtaking. All the main tourist attractions were in walking distance. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.

We always enjoy staying here. This makes our 4th time in Florence and we've always stayed at this hotel. It's very convenient to the train station and the airport tram. A very short walk into the heart of the city. The property has a narrow facade but the interior is cavernous with numerous sitting areas. The breakfast is top notch. The decor has gotten a little over the top the last few years but that's okay.
