Amazing helpful staff great clean spacious rooms.We booked last minute because we were booked at a very unpleasant other hotel .Got a great welcome and a great rate .Thank you for making our first time in Italy a wonderful one.

Hotel was the perfect stay for us in Florence. Quiet area, friendly staff and very large, modern rooms. The area was also safe to walk around at night. Only 5-10 minute walks to major sites. The hotel staff really stood out for us. They were helpfulness in laying out the map and showing us typical routes to see everything. Hotel being family ran business, you could really tell that they care for their customers.
Great stay and would highly recommend!!!

Posted 23 Jul 2020 on HotelsLovely hotel in a great location. Good central point to get to all the sites and only 7 min walk from the train station. The rooms are newly remodeled, comfortable and very clean. Hotel staff are very friendly. We had to leave early for a tour one day and they packed our breakfast in to go bags and had them waiting for us before we left.

Location was great!
Staff mis quoted fees to stay at hotel and ask to pay by cash.

Posted 13 Nov 2019 on HotelsExcellent hotel. Allowed early check in, rate was good, breakfast was good, bathroom was newly renovated.
Only cons- location is a bit outside the city center and the room was small.
Overall, an excellent stay!
