Our TV and heat was broken. TV could not turn on and heat would not turn off, room was absurdly hot! When we spoke to the front desk she said there was nothing she could do for us and that was it.

I found the hotel provided old photos on Expedia and the rooms they showed were of the renovated rooms but they give you the old dorm style room. They pump a horrible scent into the rooms that is sickening sweet and I was highly allergic to. To the point I had to leave the next day and they refused to refund next night. HORRIBLE

The property was rundown and outdated. Our room had significant mildew in the shower. Our room was very much in need of renovation. Although fairly clean there was a persistent smell in the room.
However, the staff were amazing. Very friendly, engaging and helpful. The made the stay good even though the property was not great.
