Hotel location was really it, just a short walk to Duomo and also the train station. There were quite a few good restaurants around the hotel making it really convenient. It was also next to Hermes which was a really nice surprise.

The staff was very friendly, and the room was very clean. The staff can speak English well and are very helpful.

No coffee or kettle in room. Only available for extra fees.
Hairs in the breakfast buffet!
Thin walls so prepare to hear everything!

The hotel was beautiful and perfectly maintained. Staff were friendly and very polite. We would stay at the Hotel de la Ville again.

This is great place to stay .. close to everything and the staff is very helpful.. beautiful views of the city .. w would most definitely stay here again !!
