Very nice hotel. About 10 mins by walk to Duomo. Very satisfied. Great staff also.

The room was not as advertised. It was extremely small and cramped. There was hardly room to get around the bed to get in the bathroom or to get to the desk. Almost no place to put the bags. The bed was also short and my feet hung off the bottom.

We had a great experience. It had an old world feel, was comfortable and we were able to leave our luggage for a few hours after checkout to continue seeing Florence
