Our stay was good, room spacious., staff helpful. Only con is no elevator but that is to be expected.

The staff were wonderful. We could walk to everything.

Service to bring the luggage up and down. It’s very hard going up after a walking tour every day the stairs are not comfortable to walk on either

Dear Erlinda, we saw your rating and we are very sad to hear it, because clearly, as you can see in your messages, we warned you that we did not have an elevator.It is not very honest to lower a Hotel's score, full of young staff who are motivated and work hard to make this the best possible experience, just because you did not read the emails. This building is from the 1500s, as most of Florence is, and so it is protected. Not having an elevator is common in Florence. Kind regards, SamanthaHotel Camilla

Fantastic location to sights and shopping. Good breakfast. Desk clerk very friendly and helped us with tickets and reservations.

I did not like was not elevator
