My bad experience in Florence with this hotel and staff,never ever want to go there.

It’s right next to the train station which is very convenient. The staff was also very helpful.

Good value stay

Great stay. Breakfast on the grounds in the morning was fantastic. Small bathroom/shower but this is the norm for the area.

Free breakfast, nice staff and next door to train station & tram. Massive room as well. Only downside is small shower area.

Hotel was easy to find - just opposite main train station. Reception staffs were helpfull and pleasant. Room was moderate. House keeping was up to standard. Breakfast was simple. Elevator was small but no big issue. Tram station outside hotel - 1min walking distance. Overall a good stay..

Satisfied with the room, very convenient with the location being close to the station, and lovely breakfast
