The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with our stay. The staff in every area of service was excellent and the hotel exceeded our expectation. I highly recommend this hotel and will book a stay in the future. Thanks again for easy relax and a wonderful stay.

We appreciated the hotel's amenities and the availability of a shuttle service to the train station; however, it was somewhat distant from nearby attractions.

This hotel was a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was nice and convenient. Even though it was not in the city center, it was a short taxi ride away (about €30). Good service and quiet hotel.

My wife and I were very disappointed that the location of the hotel was representated online as being closer to Central Florence than it was. It was advertised as being a five minute drive Which would’ve only been remotely true if you had a police escort.

The hotel itself was good but the shuttle service they have needs improvement. We waited 30-40 minutes for the shuttle to arrive when it only takes 10 minutes to make a full loop. Furthermore, the whirlpool is an extra 10 euros a day per person, which is the first time I have experienced anything like that.
