Rooms were spacious and clean. Matress was very comfortable. Front desk clerk was respectful and efficient.
Plenty of shower pressure and lots of hot water.

Great property. Def worth a stay. There is no parking at the hotel but they have a collaboration with a parking garage a few minutes away. I would suggest parking your vehicle there and it was easy, no hassle.

Great room and location, subpar customer service
Posted 21 Oct 2024 on HotelsThe room itself was very nice but housekeeping was subpar, we stayed 4 nights and we don’t think the sheets were changed more than twice and there was one day where the housekeeper apparently forgot to take our trash with her and left a bag of trash inside our room next to the door. After we left we were told we needed to pay the tourist tax and were asked for credit card info over email or WhatsApp, wish they would have told us from the get go so I didn’t end up needing to share my credit card information over email or something similar. Staff is only at the desk for certain hours of the day so it is hard to get these things taken care of unless you are there when they are.

It was cute and has charm, but ehhhh probably a better guest house or hotel to stay at for the price. The walls are paper thin and I could hear convos in other rooms. The front desk not being 24/7 is a major problem as someone locked themselves out and kept buzzing to be let in when I was trying to sleep. When I tried to call a cab for the airport it didn’t work and the front desk person was nowhere to be found in the AM.

Good morning Catherine, Thank you for taking the time to write this review.As you correctly wrote. the Morandi is a Guest House, therefore usually there is no need of a Front or Concierge Desk like most of Hotels.We have a person available every day from 9am till 5.30pm and someone is available on call 24hrs. I would like to remind you I personally called the taxi on your departure.That said, thank you again and I hope to have the possibility to welcome you in a not distant future.
