Our room had slight chemical smell. Maybe what they used to clean the carpet. Not sure.

The property is a nice one. The rooms are large and spacious. The property is showing some signs of aging, peeling wallpaper in the bathroom. Room service was only on request, opportunities lied in the stairwells. Popcorn laid on the floor for a few days before being removed. The brown shower tile had been broken, maintenance closed it up with a piece of white PVC wall board. Free breakfast was a nice selection of hot items, continental items and hot and cold cereals. Fresh fruit and juices with coffee and teas made a very nice selection. The staff were very friendly.

This is a clean, quiet & contemporary property that is easy to find & access. It had a friendly, courteous staff, pool ‘ workout room, & full breakfast. It was a little pricy, but the only alternative in town I did not find acceptable. I will be staying here again, my next trip through Florence, AZ.

I would give Green Tree Inn and Suites in Florence, AZ, zero stars if I could. We booked a suite, expecting at least basic cleanliness and amenities. Instead, we were downgraded to a standard room with no explanation or compensation. The room we got was terrible—no carpet, no kitchenette (which we had specifically booked), a horribly uncomfortable bed, a filthy coffee machine, and a room that clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. When we complained, the staff shrugged it off and told us there was "nothing they could do," yet still charged us the full price for the suite. This place doesn’t deserve to be called a "hotel," and it’s laughable they call themselves "suites."
Expedia was not much better—they refused to take any meaningful responsibility and offered only some credits for future bookings. Avoid this place at all costs. It's not even worth two stars.
