Pleasantly surprised. Great room. Great price. Everyone very friendly. Was here for a wedding in the area. Very clean.

When I arrived and went to my room I realized the room I was placed in has not been cleaned. The toilet was dirty, and by dirty I mean there was poop splattered on the back of the toilet. When I went down to tell the staff, they were so helpful! Both ladies at the desk were eager to fix the problem and get me into another room. They were so helpful! The facility overall is okay, it’s convenient for anywhere in Florence which is why I stayed there. Some of the facility seems older and run down. Carpet not clean and elevator seemed a little sketchy. I debated taking the stairs a few times.

Hello Ashley. Thank you so much for letting us know about your stay. Very nice to know that you were immediately taken care of. I can reassure you that we have a very safe hotel here and our Police Department always comes and does regular patrols. Plus we always let them know that they can stop here and grab coffee if they would like just to show support. We are getting ready for a huge remodel in the summer. Currently our outdoor pool & hot tub (Jacuzzi) are getting redone. This is a major part of our remodel. Please come again and see the updates. Thank you again.

Conveinient to Monastery at Florence
A very nice place - dramatically better than the Green Tree at Phoenix airport, which we thought would be as good, after staying at this one. . . WRONG!
