Beautiful stay for a night in Florence. Rooms were larger than you would expect and we had a queen size bed. Well equipped and the front desk was very helpful in getting us places to go. We left AirPods behind and they called us and arranged for us to get them back. Great service!

AMAZING!!! It’s a small boutique hotel with unbelievable staff that go above and beyond to make sure you have a perfect stay. This is the only hotel for me in Florence and the BEST minestrone soup is across the street.

Marta and her staff were perfecto! They were professionals when it came to hospitality. The hotel is small and quaint but that is to its advantage. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable. The front desk staff - led by Marta - were always available to offer tips and directions. And Yulia behind the bar was ready with a drink or a coffee whenever you needed one. I recommend staying at the Glimpse (which I assume is named because you can get a glimpse of the Duomo just a short distance away) anytime you’re in Florence.

Fantastic check-in for road weary travelers!
Check in was great. We arrived early to Florence from Venice and instead of citing check-in and arrival policy, the staff worked hard to get our room ready. They made us feel welcome, provided food and other amenities to make us comfortable. The staff is very friendly and courteous.

The hotel was very nice, it’s recently been renovated so the rooms are quite lovely. Upon check in we were warmly greeted by Mario. He was very kind and took our things to the room for us so we could get to our scheduled tour. We will definitely stay here again.

My husband and another couple started at this boutique hotel which we found so adorable. The staff is very friendly the rooms are not very big but beds are super comfy. The breakfast was excellent. The best is that it’s super walkable to restaurants and many sightseeing locations. They offer valet parking for an extra fee which is definitely needed if you have a car! We never stayed at a boutique hotel but this one we all loved!

My stay at the glimpse hotel was perfect. The staff at the front greeted us immediately. I was able to take a train early from Bologna to get to Florence before check in time of 3 pm and arrived at around 11 am. Therefore they did not have my room ready, nor was I expecting them to. But the lady at the front desk was able to expedite the turnover and had us in within the hour. Thank you! The barista was also delightful by serving us a glass of water, tea and coffee immediately as we were waiting for the room. They have a small waiting area that also functioned as their cafe and breakfast area. The breakfast here is unparalleled. Everything is made to order and fresh. The selection is amazing. Anywhere from smoked salmon to freshly baked pies and cookies. They also can accomodate food allergies and do special requests for meals/substitutions. The place is clean, modern and well run. The room was spacious, the bed was sooo comfortable! And the pillows were full and firm. Unlike some hotels, this bed is actually a one mattress queen/king bed and not two beds pushed together. Large shower and plenty of storage space. There is also complementary water and treats. It is also steps away from major attractions and sites. There are even a couple of amazing restaurants right next door! Since the reception is 24hrs, we also were able to leave and satisfy our 3 am McDonald's munchies run which happens to be a 3 minute walk away! Can't recommend this place enough!

Absolutely amazing: brilliant hospitality!
I can honestly say that the service, welcome and friendliness was unequalled. The folks arranged that the cat was valet parked and returned when ended, we received a delightful welcome including a glass of Prosecco, and the room, breakfast and service were impeccable. Top notch!
