Great location and check in was smooth and so was check out. We stayed at the Glance for several days and after check never received water, Kleenex, or refills of basic necessities. That was disappointing but location was convenient to train, core of Florence and shopping.

Fantastically suited right next to the train station, food market, and central Florence. The area around it is very busy, and dirty, but the hotel itself always felt welcoming and safe. Great staff all around that were friendly, helpful, and informative.

The rooftop pool is INCREDIBLE! Service is wonderful! Rooms are nice and clean and kept very clean.

This hotel has a very nice pool where you can see the Duomo. The room was decent but the bed is not extremely comfortable. While in the shower the ventilation suddenly fell. Disappointed to have VIP access and upgrade but didn’t happen. Regardless of the above I would stay at this hotel since the pool was the highlight

Good rooms, excellent breakfast , nice staff, just poor area around.
