It was close to the city attractions , very convenient for rail station. Bathroom had a few problems , just old plumbing and fixtures . There was a knack to it. Staff were helpful with problems . I feel it was expensive for what was provided . No details about restaurant provided so we ate out every day . Could be made so much nicer as a 4 star hotel

Good place to stay in Venice. Staff was very helpful with our luggage and getting us a water taxi.
A water taxi is an option as the hotel has access to the canal.

Outstanding hotel in a great location. All staff that we worked with were wonderful. We will likely stay here again the next time we are in Florence.

The location was excellent and so was the breakfast. The property is old and has a very strong strange smell in the room. The management has asked the staff to only turn air conditioning when specifically requested. I did on the day I checked it but they turned it off a few days later and that made the smell worse. The staff was trying to assist but they had no other rooms available.

Nice place for our quick two days. Rooms are older, but it is Florence and we did not book for luxury. Great service from the front desk (umbrella, cabs). Really cool roof top bar space for a drink with 5 star views. Good value.
