Very good location if you have a car.10 min to the city center .Hotel a bit old but very good to my opinion .

Lovely aside from transportation options

The employees were all very helpful and lovely people, the breakfast was good, the restaurant was very nice, I loved the room, and the Wi-Fi worked. The only issues I had were the very low lighting, the Wi-Fi wasn't secure so my laptop wouldn't load any pages for security reasons, and the location was rough. Getting into Florence was a 13 minute walk on a busy road with no sidewalks to get to the bus. It was terrifying. I would not recommend people with disabilities to stay here if they needed the public transportation, there simply isn't a safe route. I think the hotel could benefit from trying to arrange a shuttle service that picks up and drops off at the hotel. Other than that, this was an incredible stay for the price.

Worst place ever. Still waiting for my refund that I deserve. Hotels.com need to get back to me on that ASAP otherwise they are going to lose a valued customer

Hotel is outdated. No internet in room, only in public area. Limited tv channels. Geared towards large bus tours. I was a solo travelor. I had breakfast but there was no where to sit because all tables labeled for tours. I was moved twice and then told to sit at a small table where another women was using the only chair. Only one coffee machine for over 100 people. I would have rather slept in my rental car.

Distance from Twon center without shuttle was costly in time and money.

Costly to enter into Florence proper each day as no shuttle from hotel to town.
