Location is good. Didn’t like that there is no one at the front desk after 12:30PM. Also didn’t understand why clean towels are only provided every three days (if you want new ones you need to pay 8 euros) Is that not a basic amenity that should be provided daily to guests? Overall not worth the price and would not stay here again. Next time I will book a hotel.

However in this case it is clear you book a different facility from what you expected. Ours is a Guest House and not a hotel, the services you require are those provided by a hotel. As it is abundantly illustrated on our website, reception is only open in the mornings and the change of towels is guaranteed every three days, therefore it should not come as a surprise to you, you only had to read the information on our website. There are many other services that hotels of a superior category offer, at a price radically different from what you paid to stay at our Bed & Breakfast.

The guest house was fine if you only go for sleep but the entrance was very dark and scary I should use my cell phone light to see the stairs and get in to the building.

Beautiful old building extremely central, 5 minute walk to the Duomo. Comfortable room, safe area and easy check-in.
The private washroom was very nice, fully equipped and clean, the only negative was the lack of ventilation that in hot days made it very humid

Posted 7 Aug 2024 on HotelsVery nice affordable room within walking distance of most attractions in Florence. We felt very safe with 3 locked doors from street to room. We were on the 3rd floor, and the elevator was slow, tiny and cumbersome so we just took the stairs. The bathroom and room was very clean and comfortable.

Posted 28 Jul 2024 on HotelsWe stayed there 4 nights and would definitely stay again. Comfortable, clean, welcoming, friendly. The location is great. Lots of restaurants around. There is a grocery store around the corner. The reception area has maps (thank you!) and a water refill station at no extra charge (triple thank you!). It has not only plain cold water but also carbonated water. The host we met was a pleasure to talk to, and she called a taxi for us when we were leaving. Thank you, again!
