We loved Roberta at check in -- she gave us a warm friendly welcome and an excellent restaurant recommendation. The room was well appointed and the lounge area lovely. Unfortunately the breakfast was mediocre and the morning staff were disinterested and dismissive.

Perfect place to stay, so close to so many options for sight seeing, eating and shopping.

Lovely hotel
Posted 23 May 2024 on HotelsThe room was spacious and lovely! The location was great as you are on the other side of the river from the touristy things (like the duomo), but surrounded by more unique restaurants and shops. Breakfast was superb and Roberta was so kind and accommodating

Best Experience in Florence!

Roberta was an excellent host who made us feel right at home. This was a family home that has been transformed into a hotel which brought a level of comfort and peace to the entire place. The common room was fabulous and we went to sleep gazing at the beautiful mural that was painted on the ceiling of our room.
No detail has been over looked and if you are want an affordable hotel, located perfectly in Florence with breakfast included do not hesitate to book Casa Botticelli
