I liked the Room was cleaned and the easy transportatio; the staff is kindly but I didn’t like the entrance for the hotel and does not have dining area.

Very nice boutique BB with good a/c. The only issue I had was it was $18-20 euros to head into the city center. And at night, do not recommend walking in the area since it’s near the train station and at night that is when the problem starts all the sketchy people surround the area

Check in was great and the woman that checked us in gave us all the ins and outs of what to see and where to go. Super convenient to train station.

Love the place! would stay here again next time.
We got scammed by the apartment host in Milan! So I was very worried when I contact the host for this place regarding our possible late check-in after 9 PM, due to the delay of the train. But thank God! The host of this beautiful stay in Florence totally changed our impression on Italian people. When I contact the host about my late check-in, he offered detailed instructions with no additional charge at all, unlike the host in Milan.
The room was clean and cozy, even though a little bit old. But after all, it’s an old building. So I can’t really complain.：）

We had a really lovely time staying with Sam and team. The B&B itself was comfortable and full of character. The area was reasonably quiet also.
It was only a 20 min walk to most of the attractions Florence has to offer so very convenient.
Sam was extraordinarily helpful, he provided us with many recommendations for things to do and places to eat. It was a lovely stay.
