Descent hotel for the price. Room is clean but it has a smell. Location is central, walking distance to everywhere. Lots of restaurants nearby. Thomaso was very kind. He was very helpful and took good care of the guests. Daily complimentary happy hour at 6-8pm is wonderful! Breakfast is delicious with a fee. The only minor issue for us was that one of the lady staffs wasn’t very nice. She gave us an attitude. I would leave out her name just out of courtesy, but I would be glad to provide details to the management if asked upon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, we only booked it for one night - and wish we could have stayed longer. The staff were incredibly attentive, warm and friendly and they had helpful dining and sightseeing suggestions. The property is perfectly maintained and the guest room was lovely and beautifully decorated. We also enjoyed breakfast at the hotel and the complimentary wine reception in the evening. I highly recommend this boutique hotel in the heart of Florence.

We had a great time at this hotel! The staff was extremely helpful in coordinating a pick up taxi and recommending local spots. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Our daughter had her wedding in Florence and stayed at the Arte’ . We decided to stay at the same hotel for logistics. The hotel staff was just amazing, Anneta, Cristian were amazing. They made our stay very seamless.
