Great location on a quiet street 5 minutes walk from the train station.
Small hotel with all comforts and very cordial and helpful staff. Good breakfast buffet includes salads, in addition to the usual.

Very nice hotel and in a great location. It is in the city center and close to the train station. The staff is very friendly and very accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel.

This property is perfect for a city break in Florence! It is a less than 5 min walk from the tram station and is in walking distance to all the main attractions in the city. The room was spacious with a modern feel and the breakfast included was really nice. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Loved that we could walk from the train station in 5 minutes and we were so close to all the big tourist attractions too. Breakfast was great!

The management was not very friendly. The weather was humid, and we needed to use the air-condition. the management suddenly did not allow us to turn in the air-condition. The room was ok with a great air-condition that we were not allowed to use.

Friendly staff, very helpful. The hotel was near local restaurants and the Duomo.

This place is a jewel. Highly recommend staying here. The accommodations, staff, food, and location are all excellent.
