Location is out of the core which made it quiet, and we felt safe walking around. But taxis added to the overall cost of our stay - anywhere from €15 to €20 each way.
Front desk staff were SO AWESOME! Upon arrival, Andrea took time to recommend wonderful places in town to visit, and another fella (we didn’t get his name) always greeted us warmly saying our room number. Our room attendant was super friendly and accommodating with extra towels, etc.
Room was really clean and comfortable. Air conditioning was great! Shampoo was awful - like stinky baby shampoo.

The hotel itself is beautiful and clean. Very modern. The staff in the lobby was very nice to us. But there was once employee who was significantly rude to us. It was 9 pm and I was getting ready to leave for dinner and somebody complained about me walking in heels inside the room. When the employee came to the room about the complaint he was extremely rude.
