When we tried to refund our stay after walking in The room, we were told it was more than 15 minutes since we checked in and they would not refund us. The room was dirt, the bathroom door was missing and both door frames were busted. Staff was extremely rude and I would not recommend. Worst experience I’ve ever had

We checked in, and we were asked if a ground floor room was ok. That’s fine, as long as there is no access from outside was my reply. We went to the room, and found it had windows that opened, and it wouldn’t even lock. The door had a hole where the deadbolt locked, and the chain lock had been broken off the frame recently. It stunk, there were no towels (even hand towels) and the TV didn’t work.. not that I was staying there with my young daughter at that point anyway. We immediately booked a new hotel, and I’m trying to get a refund from this dump. Don’t book this place!!!!

Everything needed updated. Cockroaches dead and alive in the bathroom. Secured lock was broken off. The only reason we stayed there was because we needed somewhere to sleep for a few hours.

The room smelled with an manly sweaty order. The bath tub/shower has not been cleaned because there were hard water stains, mildew stains and mild stains. The room just felt dirty. There was not any comforter on the bed, just a bed sheet. The halls were dirty and did not feel safe to be in. The parking lot had people hanging around in it, questionable people that made us feel unsafe. I would NOT recommend this property to anyone.

It looked as if this hotel was under renovation while we were there. The carpets were horribly stained. Drywall work was being done by somebody who didn’t know drywall there wasn’t even a holder for the toilet paper in our bathroom curtains didn’t work Check in was 3:30. We arrived at 8:45 and our room wasn’t ready. Luckily, the front desk staff was wonderful and we were only staying one night

The facility was run down and filthy they put no money into it no cleanliness no thought or purpose. I cannot believe that Expedia would allow their name to be connected with such an establishment. We booked here for the pool and it was disgusting. Very cold, and poorly maintained. Our tub dripped all night and the floors in the bathroom were slippery. The tap was detached from the counter and were a challenge to use. However, the bed was clean and comfortable. The lazy checking us in REEKED of weed
