Air conditioner did not work. Immediately brought it to staffs attention and within 5 minutes they got me a so much more comfortable room. Thanks guys

When I went to check in the lady at the desk claimed she couldn't check me in because she couldn't get into the computer to do reservations and that she couldn't help me. Then she stayed I could do a walk in(which is what I had to do I needed the room) she could charge me and if have to send in my receipt if I ended up being charged for a no show on the reservation

Cheap but real sketchy
Posted 5 Dec 2021 on HotelsThe room is filthy, the bed sheet has a huge rip in it, the bathroom door looks like it was kicked in because it doesn’t latch, the tub and walls are filthy, no hand soap or lotion was given, there was an old juice bottle under one of the beds. Hadn’t been there 20 minutes when we saw the first of four bugs. The front desk clerk and security were very kind and friendly but this is not a clean environment.
