The sink did not have a lever to open the drain, so I had to use the bathtub to brush my teeth. The only bath towel available was NOT washed and still had hairs from the previous guest as well as stains in the towel. Same thing with the bed. The pillows were also not fluffed and were not comfortable

Run away. I checked in an hour ago and am still waiting for maintenance person to come. No outlet covers by the sink, wall coming off of the shower, no toilet holder. And even though I told the front desk I wanted to go to bed they would not give me another room told me I had to wait my turn for maintenance man.

The room had a smell of sewer, broken mirror and a dirty towel with brown liquid dripping from it. I refused to stay in the room, and the was unable to give a refund.

This place should be shut down by the health department. I got a refund and slept in my car with my husband. Roaches everywhere crawling on the bed, no towels or wash cloths, bed wasnt made, filthy sheets with cigarette burns, sticky floors, bullet holes in the window.....Other people complaining about the smell of urine in their rooms. I think i got a refund bevause of the pictures and the girl at the front desk felt sorry for us. The refund took a few days to come through and we couldn't get another room until my husband's check hit the bank. We drove 12 hours and that disgusting place didn't help. You couldnt even take a shower or crap it was so disgusting. And its in a sketchy, unsafe area. Run...

Wasn’t even able to stay here bc they overbooked somehow and the room I booked was given away which pissed me off as I was checking in after work at 2am and ended up driving home hr and 30 min away and back to work at 8 am next day
