I stayed during the hurricane and the hotel was accommodating and clean. The surrounding area was safer after the damage compared to most of Asheville. We did lose water, power, wifi, and service which wasn’t their fault, but I wish they wouldn’t have charged me so much for that extra night

Free internet only available if you sign up as a Marriott member, curtains don’t close so room cannot be darkened (streetlights outside window all night and morning sun). Breakfast is fine. Not great. Late checkout only available to “members”

We had a wonderful time here celebrating our anniversary. It was a very clean hotel. The staff was proficient and very nice. . There were many, tasty, breakfast options. Shout out to Pat who works in the dining area. He was so very welcoming and professional. His presence is an asset to this hotel.
