Hotel was average. Just what you’d expect from a 2 star hotel. A bit old and tired premise but clean and did the trick. It was self check in and never saw a staff member at breakfast so cannot really rate staff.

We arrived at the hotel and took the back entry as we parked our car there. There were all full ashtrays next to the exit. The whole stairway smelled like ashtray and cigarettes. We were in our room and suddenly another couple opened our door as they had recieved the same code for the room as we did. Room was double booked. During our stay the room smelled like cigarettes all the time as the exit was under our balcony and everybody was smoking there and the smell entered the room. Room itself was clean and OK tough.

Downgrade room

Code number for key box was not informed before arriving. I booked quadruple room and twin room for total 5 people, but this hotel prepared triple room and double room. He explained me that he gave us upgrade rooms, but I couldn't believe that from quadruple room to triple room is the upgrade. After long discussion, finally he changed our room for correct one. It was obvious that quadruple room is larger than triple room and number of beds are also different. His offer was downgrade room and he tried to deceive us. Only his personality was the problem in this stay. Room itself was no problem.
