The location is good. The room lacks a microwave, a safe, or a fridge. It does have a dryer and a coffee maker with supplies. I arrived at 10AM. Staff had rooms ready, because they offered one for $40 surcharge, but denied me a room until 3PM without that payment. Inflexible; no accommodation. Upon check-in, staff mis-directed me to the room, so lots of extra steps hauling luggage. Walls are very thin - heard a guest snoring next door. Can hear what guest next door is saying in normal voice.

I asked for towels and they said they did not have any extra towels available.

The bed was very high and it was hard to get in them, I needed a stool.
